Our solar powered off-grid Kwatee Water Purification Systems “SOLPOWER” series are truly “German Engineering”, designed for the installation in remote or urban areas with few to no infrastructure. Equipped with photovoltaic cells, our systems produce both electric energy and purified drinking water at the same time.
These Water Purification Systems use a chemical-free filtration technology in combination with activated carbon filtration, as well as UV-disinfection, to produce clean drinking water. Our system can also be used for the desalination of decentralized sea water until up to 70 m³ per day.
We offer three standardized sizes of our SOLPOWER series, but we are happy to create an individual system tailored to your specific needs.

How do the SOLPOWER units work?
The unit removes up to 99,9% of all microorganisms, bacteria and viruses. The purified water can be derived from both dirty and contaminated water sources, such as rivers, lakes or sea water. The Kwatee SOLPOWER systems can also be installed in urban areas, villages, hotels, apartment blocks, hotels and places with high population.
